this is a great tool. Easy to use, easy to operate. FOOLPROOF! plug it in, turn it on, and start trimming. Easily cuts limbs the size of a dinner glass. no kickback or danger in using. It is heavy and does require some upper body strength just to hold and operate but that can be managed by taking breaks. Takes all the fear and danger out of using a chainsaw. A must have for the do it yourself gardner.Customer Review: Excellent!

Got this item a few days ago and I just wanted to say it paid for itself the very first day. My chainsaw was just too heavy and awkward for some of the work but the alligator worked very well. Just remember to add a little oil now and again and keep the chain tension adjusted. You won't be disappointed! Made short work of a very large job.
Can't wait for a gas powered version of this thing!

This product does everything it says it does. I love it. I am a middle-aged single mom. I have a wood stove. I love that I can trim up branches and pallets to be able to burn in the stove. I was afraid to get a chain saw. This is so safe and easy with the double switches and the safety bars. It is definitely worth every penny! I actually purchased the Alligator Looper for my wife. She recently retired and wanted to work off some of her aggressions. Luckily for me she chose to trim the bushes. The Alligator is a breeze to use. Light weight with plenty of power. We have trimmed branches up to 5 inches with no problem. Never had a kickback or jam. Could have a built in oiler of a larger size. Easy to use in difficult situations where a pair of regular loppers just won't do the job. No more sawing and split branches. I would recommend this product to anyone who does a large amount of tree and brush trimming. Good quality and easy to you. A real time and work saver.
