I previously owned the 20" hedgehog and just plain wore that thing out on my acre and a half... I loved it and could wait to get another one so I found a deal on this 22" model at a local hardware store and it's a gem. This a great tool for trimming back the high ornamental grasses in the fall and bring down my mums. It does a great job on the intrusive bushes that try and spread onto my property from the nearby right-a-way. No it doesn't do a great job manicuring shrubs, for just about everything else, "It gets the job done!"
