I received ScumBuster as a gift from a friend who knows that I cannot kneel on my bad knees for too long while cleaning my tub. The first time I used it (with the wrong attachment) the ScumBuster did a great job cleaning my tub. It worked even better when I used the correct attachment. Usually I'm very tired after trying to scrub the bathtub, but after using ScumBuster, I had energy left over. I also used Scumbuster to clean my kitchen and dining room floors and the floor has not looked this clean since the floor was brand new about 10 years ago. It cleaned the black scrapping marks from the chairs with very little effort. The ScumBuster has saved me time and time again.Customer Review: Makes cleaning the bathroom a pleasure!

This is my favorite small appliance that we own. The hours that we have saved with this are too numerous to count!Scrubbing the tub has become an almost enjoyable experience instead of one to be dreaded. The previous owners of our house used hair dye in the fiberglass shower and it stained the floor. With the scumbuster, we were able to almost entirely remove the dye. I had failed miserably trying to clean the same area by hand.
It's nice to be able to recharge the versa pak batteries instead of having to use disposables.
We've owned our Scumbuster for over two years and it's still running just as well as the first day we bought it.

i have sung the praises of the B&D scum buster for years. useing Dow bathroom cleaner spray on the tub tiles about 3 min. b4 useing this tool, i fly through that nasty job. i have also found a way to clean those vertical plastic blinds with this product, without taking them down! my friends that have heard me sing the praises of this product have also bought it & we all sing in harmony now. a must...buy a 2nd battery right off, & when you finish your job, drop both batteries right into the charger. you will never be without power for your next job. the scum buster is another must have cleaning toy!Customer Review: Excellent

I thought I would buy it and it would just sit there but I use it every time I clean. The problem with applying pressure that other people mention I noticed but I was pressing to hard it really dosn't take extreme pressure you must let it turn and I noticed on tougher spots all I had to do was turn it on it's side instead of extra pressure and it is great getting really gross stains out of your carpet as well. Also I have a dust buster so I have 2 battery's charged all the time and they can share each others batterys. I hate cleaning and this machine makes it manageable.Customer Review: Wish I had found this sooner

Best small appliance I have ever bought. Seems no matter how hard I scrubbed at soap scum, it just never went away (1 bathtub, 3 adults). This shined up my tile and my bathtub. No leaning over and getting wet and grimy. No sweating up a storm. Just hold and let it go to work. Now, if I could find something to do toilets...I highly recommend the Scum Buster. I don't know why [local stores] aren't selling it. I had to read about it in a small blurb in a magazine (that I almost missed), then go online to find one.
