I've had the scumbuster for two years, and it does work, but as you push down hard enough for it to scrub, the spinning wheel against your tub or tile will whip it right out of your hands if you aren't holdng on! It is really handy, and saves your manicure. There are numerous attachments you can get for it. One very useful attachment is the super scrubber for scrubbing your BBQ grill - works great!Customer Review: I Love this thing!

YOu don't have to apply pressure, when you do it does slow the thing down, but its not necessary to do to get a great clean. If I need something lifted off, I too, turn it on its side and it comes right off.It cleans my grout wonderfully!
My kids love to use it so house cleaning is now fun and not an argument.
My only comlpaint is I cannot find anyone who sells the additional attachments.

So it doesn't go out and clean the bathtub while I lay in the hammock eating strawberries- it still helps with the cleaning. Unlike the Hotshot steam cleaner, this is a cleaning product that does exactly what it advertises- it cuts the scrubbing you have to do when cleaning. I found I used far less chemicals to get things cleaner than I could without it. It stays.Customer Review: removeable recharging

The original S300 ScumBuster is only limited to the number of spare charged 3.6v VersaPak type batteries you have. As somewhat of a guess 12 to 15 minites can be had with one battery in good order.The hook and loop attachment system for the scouring pads is a bit weak as nondispossible hook tends to wear out quickly if not pampered. - ddflashisagas -Customer Review: So handy I brought a second one when the first died

I bought one of these a few years ago - it was very handy but didn't last long. I hope that was a problem particular to that unit and not all scrubbers. I like the product so much that I bought a second one. While useful in the bathroom I also use the scrubber in the kitchen to occasionally clean the sink and counters.
