Customer Review: Significantly better than standard B&D batteries

Bought these to replace the standard (sliver) battery that came with our B&D Scumbuster. The standard battery started losing charge after the first time we charged and used it, and downhill from then on. As there is nothing really like the Scumbuster on the market, I decided to replace the battery with these. I was only going to buy one, but the two-pack had free shipping, whereas the one-pack shipping was extra. It cost an extra $5 to get the two-pack with free shipping. I charged them both and they literally last an hour each. The Scumbuster is high-torque, slow-speed, which usually kills batteries, but whatever B&D has done with these has been great. I will never buy NiCd rechargeable batteries again - NiMh and LiIon all the way. B&D needs to include these better types of batteries as standard in their products, as B&D makes good equipment and offers a two-year warranty. I would pay a little extra for better quality batteries as standard. Highly recommended.
