We've had the Scum Buster for a few weeks and we think it is pretty good. It has several attachments for different surfaces and a reservoir for cleaning fluid like Tilex. This thing saves a lot of arm work, scrubbing, etc.
It is a bit bulky and heavy and your arm gets tired after a while. The bulk prevents you from getting in smaller spaces like a small bathroom sink or behind the toilet. So I think it is pretty good for cleaning floors, shower tile, bathtub and larger spaces. Too bulky for detail work around sink fixtures where you will still need a sponge and paper towels. Any area that can be scrubbed and then easily rinsed like the shower will be the best surface to clean with the Scum Buster.
We haven't tried it on upholstery or rugs yet.

I had brought a different brand of auto scrubber prior to this one. That one was terrible to use, you had to hold down the button all the time for it to operate. This one is much more comfortable and you don't have to constantly hold down the button to make it run. It is easy to operate and changing scrubber heads takes just a few seconds. I especially like the smallest scrubber which lets you reach into the corner of the shower/tub. The only thing they could possibly improve on is having it hold more detergent. The reservoir is a little small (I think) and I have to fill it a couple of times for each tub area. I was pleased enough to buy a second one for my mom.Customer Review: A Cleaning Power Tool

I love this device. I have cleaned everything from carpet (spot cleaning) to grills to bathrooms. I bought my first Scumbuster in 1998 and it just wore out last spring. I immediately when to the Black and Decker store and purchased another one. I have also given them as gifts. It really gets things clean with little effort and I think it saves time. It makes cleaning the grout lines in my all tile shower with little ventilation incredibly easy. I think I also use less cleaning product than when I clean with a sponge. The downside is you have to remember to plug it in every once in a while. Although, the charge does last a very long time.Customer Review: I LOVE MY SCUMBUSTER

Would give it a 5 except it uncharges quickly, can't make it through a whole tub. But, then, we're busy people and the tub gets pretty bad. Comes with a range of accessories for cleaning, various pads, grill cleaning, bathtub, countertops, etc. Where do I get replacement pads??? Can't put softscrub or anything thick into the automatic sprayer, we use simple green and that works nicely.
It's larger than I thought, about 10" by 10", and weighs a bit. Check that before purchasing.
There seem to be two "S600" models on amazon right now. I don't see the difference, bought the cheaper of the two. Enjoy.

I've only used the ScumBuster twice, but so far I'm pleased with the results. It's certainly easier to clean the bathroom using this gadget than the old fashioned "elbow grease" manner. The only negative thing is that Black & Decker has tried to market the chintzy plastic case the S600 comes in as a storage case. My husband was ready to cut it open with his pocket knife and throw it away before I told him it was a "storage case." Overall, I would recommend the product if you're like me and you would rather spend money than time cleaning the bathroom.
