This was my first time buying a refurbished item. It arrived in perfect condition and it was so clean that it didn't look used at all. It also arrived with the battery charged and the string loaded. The battery seems to last about 25-30 minutes. I have a small lawn, so this is perfect for my needs. Someone with a larger lawn would probably want a back-up battery for longer jobs.
