Customer Review: Excellent tools for the price

I have all but the accessory kit. All the tools work well, but in particular the drill is veeery nice. It is powerful, works long off a single charge and is versatile, as the chuck can be removed to reveal a screw driving bit. This came in very handy when I built a set of stairs, a firewood bin and a planter box.
The circular saw is also very good. Like other cordless circular saws, it has its limits on power. To get a lot of power, one must get a corded saw. That said, for the convienence and power relative to its pricepoint, it is a very good saw. I used it in building the firewood bin, the planter box and for ripping through plywood. I am satisfied with its performance.
As to the light and the hand vac. Well, the light is a light. It works and that is good. Likewise, the hand vac works and is convienent.
I'd say if one is looking to start up their power tool collection, this is a good start for the money. From here, if one so desired they could purchase additional Firestorm tools that run off the same battery system such as the 3-in-1 sander, the jigsaw, etc ... Likewise, the Black & Decker 18v outdoor tools all work off these same batteries.
